NFory is the controller of your personal data. For any privacy-related matter you can write to us at contact@nfory.com.

We only process the data you provide to us or that is necessary for the site to work:

• Contact form: name, email address, company (optional), service of interest, preferred date and time, and the message you send us.
• Technical data: IP address and browser data, used to protect the form against abuse and keep the site secure.
• Analytics: only if you consent, Google Analytics collects information about how you use the site (pages visited, visit duration, device type and approximate location).

• Responding to your request and scheduling the consultation.
• Sending you a confirmation that we received your request.
• Protecting the site and the form against spam and fraudulent use.
• Understanding how the site is used in order to improve it, only if you accept analytics cookies.

We do not use your data for advertising and we do not sell it to third parties.

We process form data to handle the request you initiate, and analytics data only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time. Protecting the site is based on our legitimate interest in keeping it secure.

We only share data with providers that process it on our behalf under their own security safeguards:

• Vercel: website hosting.
• Resend: delivery of form emails.
• Cloudflare: DNS, security and bot verification (Turnstile).
• Google Analytics: measuring site usage, only with your consent.

Some of these providers may process data outside your country; in those cases the safeguards required by applicable law apply, such as standard contractual clauses.

We keep the data of each request for as long as needed to handle it and, if we start a business relationship, for its duration and the applicable legal periods. If there is no business relationship, we delete it within 12 months at most. Analytics data is kept for a maximum of 14 months.

This site does not use its own tracking cookies. Google Analytics cookies are only set if you accept them in the cookie notice. Your browser also stores your cookie choice and preferred language to remember your preferences. You can change your choice at any time from the “Cookies” link in the footer.

You can exercise your rights at any time to:

• Access your data.
• Rectify inaccurate data.
• Erasure.
• Object to or restrict processing.
• Data portability.
• Withdraw your consent.

To exercise them, write to us at contact@nfory.com stating your request; we will reply within 20 business days at most. You may also lodge a complaint with the data protection authority in your country.

We apply technical and organizational measures to protect your data: encrypted connections (HTTPS), security headers, bot protection on the form and restricted access to information.

We may update this policy to reflect changes to the site or to the law. Any changes will be published on this page with their update date.
